Day 2
The Date: October 11th.
The Itinerary: Cerebral Day.

Today was an emphasis on the cerebral. We started with a good breakfast, followed by Claudia leading a yoga class. Then we visited The Getty Center, Los Angeles. Back to the condo to change and eat a light snack of apples, grapes, and cheese, then off to exercise class with Richard Simmons at Slimmons. Home to a healthy dinner, then bed.

Day 2: The Pictures


Our breakfast started with eggs with squash, onion, and mushrooms scrambled in. A side of fresh strawberries from the Farmer's Market with a dressing of NF Yogurt and Honey.
100% of the dogs surveyed approved of the sleeping arrangements. Cosmos checks out Vennie's bed...


...while Sunny give's Claudia's bed four paws up.

A unique way of handling shopping carts on a two-story store's escalator.


Dinner.
Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Soup with added fresh tomatoes, scallions, bean sprouts, brown rice, and Tabasco Sauce. Sprinkling of Parmesan Cheese on top.
Salad of Mixed Greens, Apples, Dried Cranberries, Scallions and Ahi Tuna with Honey-Mustard-Poppy Seed Dressing.
